Sequences that react to people, not bots.

Build drip and engagement journeys on a visual canvas. Branch on real clicks and replies, split by title or seniority, test variants, and hand contacts to the next journey, all on the same protected send pipeline as your campaigns.

What Sequences does

  • A visual journey builder

Triggers, emails, waits, conditions, splits, and exits on one canvas, with starter journeys for welcome, webinar follow-up, and re-engagement.

  • Engagement branches

Wait for a click, a specific link, a reply, or a conversion goal. Contacts who don't engage take the timeout path.

  • Bot-proof branching

Scanner and proxy activity is counted for transparency but never moves a contact down the engaged path.

  • If/else on who they are

Split by title, department, seniority, country, tags, lists, or earlier engagement.

  • A/B splits

Weighted variants with consistent routing, and side-by-side results for each branch.

  • Journeys that hand off

Enroll contacts in the next journey when one finishes, with guards that stop loops.

Each email knows what came before it.

A sequence is a conversation in writing. Aria writes every step with the whole path in view.

  • Written in context

Writing email three, Aria sees the timing and the earlier emails on the path, so it builds on them instead of repeating the opener.

  • Local send windows

Each contact's emails land inside your window in their own time zone, spread over a few minutes so a cohort never sends all at once.

  • Versioned publishing

Edit a draft while the live version runs. On publish, contacts stay on their version or move forward where their step still exists.

  • Exits that respect people

Contacts leave when they reply, unsubscribe, bounce, or reach out through your website.

How it works

  • Choose the trigger

A list join, a tag, a form fill, a changed field, or the end of another journey.

  • Build the path

Emails, waits, branches, and splits on the canvas. Aria drafts each email in context.

  • Publish

The journey is validated before it goes live, with the same send limits your campaigns use.

  • Watch it live

Switch the canvas to live analytics: entered, sent, human opens and clicks per step, and any contact's journey.

Built-in protections

  • Suppression and unsubscribes checked at every send

  • Bounce and complaint auto-pause shared with campaigns

  • Pause and resume without a burst of overdue emails

  • Loop guards on journeys that hand off to each other

Frequently asked questions

Can a branch wait for an open?

Yes, though we recommend clicks. Some mail apps load images automatically, so opens are less reliable, and the builder flags that when you choose one.

Do sequences use the same send limits as campaigns?

Yes. Throttle, daily cap, and bounce protection are one control shared by campaigns and sequences.

What can start a sequence?

A contact joining a list or segment, a tag being added, a form fill, a field changing, the end of another sequence, or a manual enrollment.

Can a call follow an email?

Yes. Across the platform, email engagement can queue a call to the contact, and a call can trigger a follow-up email.
